An application has been made to the Department of Agriculture, Environment & Rural Affairs (DAERA) for consent under the Water (Northern Ireland) Order 1999 to make a discharge of sewage effluent into the Underground Stratum arising from two domestic dwellings situated at 252 & 264 Hillhead Road, Castledawson, Magherafelt, County Londonderry, BT45 8EF.
