NOTICE OF PROPOSED DISPOSAL
OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE LAND TO THE
NORTH OF 22 KIMBOLTON AVENUE,
BEDFORD, MK40 3AA
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Bedford Borough Council proposes to dispose of an interest in public open space by way of an easement, granting rights of access (and to construct and install such access) and rights to lay and maintain utilities apparatus, over land situated to the west of Amberley Gardens and to the north of 22 Kimbolton Avenue, Bedford.
The land subject to the proposed rights extends to approximately 252 square metres. The purpose of the proposed disposal is to enable access and the provision of utility connections to serve land and a building on the north side of 22 Kimbolton Avenue.

Any objections or representations regarding the proposed disposal must be made in writing, stating the grounds on which the objection is made, and must be received no later than 18TH December 2025. Correspondence should specify that it relates to this notice and be addressed to:
