What is happening?
Coagh and Drummullan
Housing Tests
The Housing Executive is currently examining the
need for social and affordable housing in Coagh
and Drummullan.
If you would like to live in these settlements, you
can register your interest by contacting the Housing
Executive’s Rural & Regeneration Unit on:

By registering your interest, the Housing Executive
will be able to assess the level of housing need in
the area.
Please note: If the Housing Executive establishes a
need for new housing it will be highlighted to
Housing Associations. This may lead to them
identifying and developing an appropriate site. Any
development will be subject to planning approval.
