What is happening?

(A1301, Sawston) (Prohibition of Left Turn) Order 202$
NOTICE is hereby given that Cambridgeshire County Council proposes to make the above-named Order under the powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and the Traffic Management Act 2004 (as amended).
The effect of this Order will be to prohibit vehicles turning left from the A1307 on to Mill Lane, Sawston and to install a toucan crossing.
The draft Order, together with a map showing the roads and lengths of road concerned and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be examined at Sawston Library during normal opening hours or by using: https://consultation.appyway.com/south-cambridgeshire
All feedback, including objections stating the grounds on which they are made, must be sent in writing by the 7th January 2026. Please use the consultation portal linked above or write to the undersigned. Comments will be used as part of our consultation process and may be published, anonymised, in any reports.
