THE PORTSMOUTH INTERNATIONAL PORT AND CAMBER HARBOUR REVISION ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Portsmouth International Port and Camber Harbour Revision Order 2025 was made by the Marine Management Organisation on 20th November 2025 and comes into force on 15th December 2025.
A copy of the Order and the plans deposited with it are available at Portsmouth International Port Office, Northern Exit Building, Whale Island Way, Portsmouth PO2 8EB and may be inspected between 9.00am and 5.00pm. A copy of the Order and the plans deposited with it can be obtained from Portsmouth City Council by contacting

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order, may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order becomes operative, make an application for that purpose to the High Court.
