What is happening?
A Public Notice for the purposes of Section 121
of The Charities Act 2011
Canal & River Trust acting as Trustee of The
Waterways Infrastructure Trust (charity registration
number 1146792-2) (the Charity) gives notice that the
Charity proposes to: Grant a long lease over the three
plots of land adjoining Pub Premises and The Boathouse,
Foxton Locks, Gumley Road, Foxton, Market Harborough
LE16 7RA which is owned by the Charity. The area of
land and building is shown shaded blue on the plan
which can be viewed on the Charity’s web page
http://canalrivertrust.org.uk/about-us/for-businesses/public-
notices. Alternatively, a copy of the plan may be requested
in writing from the address below. Any representations or
comments in relation to the proposed transaction should be
sent for consideration to the following address by no later
than one calendar month from the date of this publication
