Hysbysir drwy hyn, yn unol â Rhan 4, Pennod 1, Adran 68, Deddf y Môr a Mynediad i’r Arfordir 2009, fod Cyngor Sir Gâr wedi cyflwyno cais i Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru, sy’n gweithredu ar ran yr Awdurdod Trwyddedu, am drwydded forol i waredu deunydd carthu Porth Tywyn.

Ar 12fed Tachwedd 2025, cadarnhaodd Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin y Gorchymyn uchod. 72/22 (rhan) o ogledd y bont bresennol wrth gyffordd ag arwyneb tarmac sy'n arwain tua'r gogledd-orllewin, mae'r llwybr troed yn parhau i gyfeiriad y de-orllewin ar draws pont reilffordd ac ar hyd llwybr cul i Ropewalk Road ac yn creu llwybr troed amgen yn lle hynny ar linell sy'n rhedeg o bwynt i'r gogledd o'r bont bresennol wrth gyffordd ag arwyneb tarmac sy'n arwain tua'r gogledd-orllewin, mae'r llwybr troed yn parhau i gyfeiriad y de-orllewin ar draws pont newydd ei hadeiladu, gan arwain at fynediad ramp a grisiau ar ochr ddeheuol y rheilffordd, yna'n anelu tua'r de i ymuno â Ropewalk Road fel y dangosir ar fap y Gorchymyn.

HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin wedi gwneud Gorchymyn sy'n gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd Hen Heol, Llanelli o'r gyffordd â Heol Goring am bellter o 121 metr i gyfeiriad y gogledd-orllewin.
Lle bo'n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau gael mynediad i eiddo unigol drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.
Y Ffordd Arall ar gyfer traffig sydd am deithio tua'r de-ddwyrain o fan sydd i'r gogledd-orllewin o'r man lle mae'r ffordd ar gau fydd parhau i gyfeiriad y gogledd-orllewin ar hyd Hen Heol, hyd at y gyffordd â Rhodfa Harries. Lle bo'n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau gael mynediad i eiddo unigol drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.

MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009 PART 4: MARINE LICENSING
APPLICATION FOR A MARINE LICENCE FOR BURRY PORT DISPOSAL OF DREDGE MATERIAL
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Part 4, Chapter 1, Section 68 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 that Carmarthenshire County Council. has applied to Natural Resources Wales, acting on behalf of the Licensing Authority, for a marine licence for Burry Port Disposal of Dredge Material.

Notice of Confirmation of an Order Highways Act 1980
Carmarthenshire County Council Public Footpath 72/22 (Part) Black Bridge, Llanelli Public Path Diversion Order 2025
On The 12th November 2025, Carmarthenshire County Council confirmed the above Order.
The effect of the Order will be to divert public footpath 72/22 (part) from a north of the current bridge at a junction with a tarmacked surface that leads north-westerly, the footpath continues in a south-westerly direction across a rail bridge and along a narrow path to Ropewalk Road and create an alternative footpath instead on a line running from a point north of the current bridge at a junction with a tarmacked surface that leads north-westerly, the footpath continues in a south-westerly direction across a newly constructed bridge, leading to ramped and stepped access on the Southern side of the railway line, then heading south to join Ropewalk Road as shown on the Order map.
A copy of the confirmed Order and the order map may be seen free of charge at the offices of the Countryside Access Team, Mynydd Mawr Woodland Park, Heol Hirwaun Olau, Tumble, Llanelli, SA14 6HU, between 10am and 3pm on Mondays, and Wednesdays.

The order comes into force as from 26th November 2025, but if a person aggrieved by the order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980, as amended, or on the grounds that any requirements of the Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the order, he or she may, under Paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by Paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 of the Act, within 6 weeks from 26th November 2025, make an application to the High Court.

The County of Carmarthenshire (Old Road, Llanelli)
(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along along Old Road, Llanelli, from its junction with Goring Road, for a distance of 121 metres in a north westerly direction.
Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.
The Alternative Route for south east bound traffic from a point north west of the closure, will be to proceed in a north westerly direction along Old Road, to its junction with Harries Avenue. At the junction, turn left and continue in a south westerly direction along Harries Avenue, to its junction with the B4309 New Road. At the junction, turn left and continue in a south easterly direction along the B4309 New Road, to its junction with A484 West End. At the junction, turn left and continue in a south easterly direction along the A484 West End, bearing left and continue in a north easterly direction along Gelli On, to its junction with the A476 Thomas Street. At the junction, turn left and continue in a north westerly direction along the A476 Thomas Street, to its junction with Old Road. At the junction, turn left and continue in a north westerly direction along Old Road to return to a point south east of the closure. Vice versa for north west bound traffic.
The Order will continue in force until Wales & West Utilities have replaced the location of gas mains.
It is intended that the works commence on Monday 24th November 2025 until Friday 5th December 2025.
Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.

The County of Carmarthenshire (C2209 Herberdeg Road, Pontyates)
(Temporary Prohibition of Vehicular Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the C2209 Herberdeg Road, Pontyates, from its junction with the B4317 Heol Carway for a distance of 515 metres in a general north easterly then south easterly direction.
Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.
The Alternative Route for south east bound traffic from a point north west of the closure is to travel in a north westerly direction along the B4317 Heol Carway, to its junction with the B4309 Heol Llanelli. At the junction, turn right and continue in a south easterly direction along the B4309 Heol Llanelli to its junction with the C2209 Cynheidre. At the junction, turn right and continue in a south westerly direction, to its junction with Herberdeg Road. At the junction, turn right and continue in a north westerly direction along Herberdeg Road to return to a point south east of the closure. Vice Versa for north west bound diverted traffic.
The Order will continue in force whilst works are carried out on behalf of Openreach to complete cabling work on the fibre newtwork.
It is intended that the works commence on Monday 1st December 2025 to Tuesday 9th December 2025.
Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.
