APPLICATION FOR DISCHARGE CONSENT

Affairs for consent under the Water (Northern Ireland) Order 1999 to make a
Discharge of Site Drainage into a Waterway arising from Office & Warehouse situated
at 2 Moyrusk Road, Moira, Craigavon, Co. Down, BT67 0HZ.
