What is happening?
(DALBEATTIE CHRISTMAS LIGHTS EVENT) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER) ORDER 2025
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close High St between A711 and Southwick Rd and Alpine St between High St and Mill St from 15:30 to 21:00 hrs 28/11/25. The closure is necessary to facilitate Christmas light switch-on event. The alternative route is via John St, Barhill Rd, Southwick Rd and vice versa. Pedestrian access will be maintained.

Written comments may be made to Head of Economy and Development by email to Planning@dumgal.gov.uk or via the Council’s website, as noted above, by 04/12/2025 (Type A) or 11/12/2025 (Type B).
