What is happening?
CAMBRIDGESHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
Area B (Consolidation) Order 1993 (Amendment No.41) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that on the 12th November 2025 Cambridgeshire County Council made the above named Order under the powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and the Traffic Management Act 2004 (as amended).
The effect of this Order is to convert the footway adjacent to 8A to 14 Aylesborough Close (linking Aylesborough Close to Verulam Way) to a dual use footway/cycleway.
A copy of the above Order, which comes into operation on the 20th November 2025 together with plans showing the effect of the Order and a Statement of the Reason for making the Order, may be inspected via our online traffic consultation portal here – https://consultation.appyway.com/cambridge and select the Order “CoC Area B (Consolidation) Order 1993 Am 41 Order 2025” or copies requested by emailing policyandregulation@cambridgeshire.gov.uk Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from the 12th November 2025 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
(Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Order 2022 (Amendment No.62) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that on the 12th November 2025 Cambridgeshire County Council made the above named Order under the powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and the Traffic Management Act 2004 (as amended).
The effect of this Order is to revoke the existing residents parking bays located adjacent to the eastern boundary of 3 Fitzwilliam Road and outside of 21 Clarendon Road and replace these with a prohibition waiting at any time.
