LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972, SECTION 123 LOCAL GOVERNMENT PLANNING AND LAND ACT 1980, SCHEDULE 23 PART V
DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND – NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Redcar and Cleveland (“the Council”) intends to dispose of approximately 2.35 acres of land at Ainstable Road, Ormesby, for commercial use, subject to Planning permission being secured in advance of any disposal being completed.
A plan identifying the land is on deposit at the library, Sunnyfield, Ormesby, TS7 9BL and may be examined there during normal library opening hours.
Any objections to the proposed disposal should be made in writing to Strategic Asset Manager, Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council, Redcar & Cleveland House, Kirkleatham Street, Redcar, TS10 1RT before 10th December 2025.
