AS AMENDED (SECTION 123)
TAKE NOTICE that Mid Sussex District Council proposes to grant an easement right in perpetuity over land at Warninglid Recreation Ground, Cuckfield Lane, RH17 5UB to
Matt Greenwood comprising approx. 25 x 60 feet in length in an area which forms part of an open space from a date to be agreed and for use by farming vehicles for both livestock and arable farming purposes, domestic vehicles and for pedestrian access by the beneficiary, friends and family of the beneficiary of the easement and by the public for the specific purpose of accessing local community events.

or calling: (01444) 477577. Any person wishing to object to this proposal should give their reasons in writing to me the undersigned by 11th December 2025 quoting the reference stated below. Any objections received will be considered by the Council in deciding whether or not to grant the proposed easement.
