SAFETY OF SPORTS GROUNDS ACT 1975 (AS AMENDED)
Sheffield City Council has issued a new General Safety Certificate for: -
Hillsborough Stadium
Sheffield Wednesday Football Club
Penistone Road
Sheffield
S6 1SW
The new General Safety Certificate is effective from 24 October 2025 and replaces any previous safety certificate issued in respect of this stadium. To view or obtain a copy of the certificate please email
