What is happening?

A Public Notice for the purposes of Section 121 of The

Charities Act 2011

Canal & River Trust acting as Trustee of the Waterways
Infrastructure Trust (charity registration number 1146792-
2) (the Charity) gives notice that the Charity proposes to
grant the right to install electricity ducts for 33KV cables
and supporting apparatus installed by horizontal directional
drill technique beneath the Lancaster Canal near Bridge
56 Turners Bridge, Garstang. The plan to this notice

notices. Alternatively, a copy of the plan may be requested

in writing. The Trustee of the Charity has been approached
with a request to grant this right over the Charity’s property.
Any representations or comments in relation to the
proposed transaction should be sent for consideration to the
