What is happening?

Public Notice Citizens Advice Eastleigh Annual General Meeting 2025

The Annual General Meeting of Citizens Advice Eastleigh (operating name of Eastleigh Citizens Advice Bureau) will be held on Wednesday 19th November 2025 at 6.00pm at Citizens Advice Eastleigh, 101 Leigh Road, Eastleigh, Hampshire SO50 9DR.

Anyone over the age of 18 who is interested in furthering the work of the Charity, may attend and (with the consent of the Chair) speak at the annual general meeting but only members of the Charity shall be entitled to vote.

Resolution 1 - to approve the minutes of the 2024 AGM

Resolution 2 - to approve and appoint the auditors for 25/26

Resolution 3 - to re-appoint those Trustees standing for a further 3 year term

Other business to be transacted will include an overview of the Annual Report and 2024/2025 accounts.

Proxy votes are permitted under s.324 of the Companies Act 2006 and article 22. Please note that a member who is entitled to attend and vote at the meeting may appoint a proxy to attend, speak and vote instead of him/her. A proxy need not be a member of the organisation. A member can only appoint a proxy by completing and returning the proxy form which can be obtained from the admin@caeastleigh.org. Any proxy forms must be received to the above email address a minimum of 48 hours before the time of the meeting. Annabella Crawford
