What is happening?
OPEN SPACE NOTICE
LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123(2A)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sheffield City Council (‘the Council’) proposes to dispose of an area of land which consists or forms part of an area of deemed open space. The land to be disposed of, by way of Freehold, is:
(1) Land at Ardmore Street, Sheffield, S9 3FE
It is proposed that the land to be sold, having an area of 1.28 ha / 3.16 acres (or thereabouts), will be used for housing. A plan showing the area of land intended for disposal (outlined in red) can be provided on request by e-mailing Marcus Rudkin, Estates Surveyor:

Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing, stating the grounds for objection, no later than 12 noon on 27 November 2025 and emailed addressed to
propertyservices@sheffield.gov.uk.
