What is happening?
An application has been made to the Department of Agriculture, Environment & Rural Affairs (DAERA) for consent under the Water (Northern Ireland) Order 1999 to make a discharge of sewage effluent into the Underground Stratum arising from commercial premises situated at Cowans Yard, 39 Newtown Road, Camlough, Newry, Co. Down, BT35 7JJ
