What is happening?
Applications are invited from widows and spinsters over the age of sixty years and living in the Town of Tavistock for the distribution of the Jessie Ann Alford Charity.
A maximum of eight successful applicants will each receive a payment of approximately £80 before Christmas.
An application form can be obtained from Mrs A Cassidy, Office & Finance Manager, Tavistock Town Council, Council Offices, Drake Road, Tavistock, PL19 0AU, or by download from www.tavistock.gov.uk, or call 01822 613529. Completed forms should be returned to that address not later than Friday 28th November 2025.
