Notice is hereby given pursuant to the determination made by the Department for Communities under Article 37(2) of the Betting, Gaming, Lotteries and Amusements (Northern Ireland) Order 1985 that an application for the grant of a track betting licence is to be made by Down Royal Racecourse being the occupier of the
Down Royal Racecourse
Gravelhill Road,
The Maze,
Lisburn,
Co. Down,
BT27 5RW
on the 27th of October 2025 to the Department for Communities.
Any objections to the grant of this licence must be made in writing to the Department for Communities, Lighthouse Building, Gasworks Business Park, Ormeau Road, Belfast within 3 weeks from the above date and at the same time copied to the occupier of the track or of the proposed track.
