LICENSING (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1996
(ARTICLE 22, SCHEDULE 5, PARAGRAPHS 1 & 2)
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE TRANSFER OF A LICENCE

TAKE NOTICE that BRL Boucher Ltd (“the Company”), company number NI708411 whose registered office
is c/o Johnston Kennedy DFK, Pilots View, Heron Road, Belfast, BT3 9LE intends to apply to the Magistrates’
Court sitting at Laganside Courthouse, 45 Donegall Quay, Belfast, BT1 3LL at 10am on 18 November 2025 for
the transfer of a licence at present held by Eddies Restaurants Limited for the premises situate at Unit C, 1-9
Boucher Place, Belfast, BT12 6QF being premises of the following kind according to the Licensing (Northern
Ireland) Order 1996, namely premises specified in Article:-
5(1)(e), a restaurant, namely premises other than those referred to in Article 5(1)(a) of the order, which are
structurally adapted and used for the purpose of providing persons frequenting the premises with a main table
meal at midday or in the evening, or both.
A Protection Order authorising BRL Boucher Ltd to carry on the business under the licence was granted on the
7 October 2025 by the Magistrates Court sitting at Laganside Courthouse for the period of 6 months from the
date of the order.
The following body corporate owns the business carried on under the licence – BRL Boucher Ltd – a limited
liability company of which the following persons are directors and executive controllers: Olivia Hall and Kevin
Meah. The owner of the premises is AJN Commercial Property Limited.
The licence will be deposited with the Clerk of Petty Sessions before or at the hearing of the application.
