Public Notice – Intended Disposal of Public Space or Land
Notice is hereby given under section 123(1) (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Milton Keynes City Council intends to dispose two parcels of public open space at Rickley Park by way of transfers to West Bletchley Council. The transfers will unify ownership of the park with the Parish Council.
One parcel of land is approximately 191 sq. m. being part of registered freehold title number BM17422. Its location can be found adjacent to the western entrance to Rickley Park off Shenley Road, Bletchley or by using What3Words at

The second parcel of land is approximately 144 sq. m. being part of registered freehold title number BM63337. Its location can be found adjacent to the eastern entrance to the Rickley Park off Rickley Lane, Bletchley or by using What3Words at
