NOTICE OF DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE
NORTH NORTHAMPTONSHIRE COUNCIL
LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 (AS AMENDED)
SECTION 123(2A)
PUBLIC OPEN SPACE WILBARSTON VILLAGE HALL AND RECREATION GROUND, CARLTON ROAD, WILBARSTON, LE16 8QD.
Notice is hereby given that North Northamptonshire Council proposes to dispose of Wilbarston Village Hall and Recreation Ground comprising of approx.1.896 hectares in accordance with the Council’s Community Asset Transfer Policy that will ensure the facilities continue to be available for the benefit of the public.

Any objections to the proposed disposal must be made in writing, stating the grounds of the objection, addressed to Legal Services, Corby Cube, George Street, Corby, Northants, NN17 1QC no later than 5pm on the 4th November 2025.
