What is happening?
DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE
LAND AT NABCROFT LANE, HUDDERSFIELD HD4 5DU
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Kirklees Council intend
to dispose of an area of land at Nabcroft Lane, Crosland Moor,
Huddersfield that may fall within the definition of Open Space as
defined in s336 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
Any person having any objection to the disposal should make such
objection in writing to Kate O’Malley (quoting reference: H25-
07), Kirklees Council, PO Box 1720, HD1 9EL no later than 14th
November 2025, giving full reasons for such objection.
A copy of the plan showing the area of the proposed lease edged
red, may be inspected free of charge online at https://www.
kirklees.gov.uk/beta/premises-and-land/council-land-and-property.
