NOTICE OF VARIATION
THE BOROUGH OF DACORUM
(TOWN CENTRES) (ON-STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2025


NOTICE is hereby given that Dacorum Borough Council, pursuant to arrangements made under Section 19 Local Government Act 2000 and Local Authorities (Arrangements for the Discharge of Functions) (England) Regulations 2000 with the Hertfordshire County Council, and in exercise of powers conferred on that County under Section 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 hereby gives notice that from Wednesday 12 November 2025 the charges for the Parking Bays for Pay-to-Park, Monday to Sunday inclusive 8.00am to 6.00pm Maximum Stay 1 Hour No Return Within 2 Hours in Kings Langley & Tring will be varied as set out in the Schedule below:

THE BOROUGH OF DACORUM (TOWN CENTRES) (ON-STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2025 will be varied in order to introduce these changes to the charges. No other changes to the Order will be made as part of this Notice of Variation.
