NOTICE OF PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND
Land at Crawley Bewbush, shown edged red on the plan ("the Property").

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123(2A) Local Government Act 1972 that the Crawley Borough Council intends to enter into an agreement to grant a lease of the Property for a term of 20 years to The Environment Agency, which is or may include open space.
The Property is shown for the purpose of identification edged and shaded red on a plan which is available online at:

NOTICE OF PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND
The Council proposes to enter into a lease with the Environment Agency (“EA”) for a term of 20 years. EA intends to install at Salvington Road, Bewbush, Crawley (the “Property”) as set out on the attached plan, a concrete floor pad, monitoring station, housing, air- conditioning unit, apparatus and all other equipment ancillary to the use of the Property as an air quality monitoring station and to include installing an electricity supply cable.
