What is happening?

The Proposal

Proposed construction of a residential development comprising
of 69 dwellings & associated site works.
Site Location

Lands immediately west of Ballyearl Close, Milewater Drive,
Milewater Close, & North of Ballyearl
Drive, Newtownabbey.
We have conducted a Pre-Application Community
Consultation for the above proposal. An in-person drop-in
event was held at Corr’s Corner Hotel, 315 Ballyclare
Road, Newtownabbey, BT36 4TQ on Wednesday 11th
June 2025 from 2:00pm – 7:00pm to allow interested parties
to view the display boards for the proposal and provide
feedback via printed comment cards.
A dedicated and bespoke website

) will go live
from Friday 26th September 2025 for interested parties to
view the consultation documentation and site proposals, as
well as the pre-application consultation steps being taken.
This will be kept up to date consistently and will be an online
version of the ‘traditional’ display boards for viewing, with a
connected and easy to use feedback online comment card
and direct email contact to the technical team.
