Proposed development on Land at Station Road, Groombridge TN3 9QX. I give notice that Littleside Ltd c/o Maple Planning & Development Ltd is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for the proposal for the erection of four houses, comprised of two detached properties and two semi-detached properties, together with associated external works and landscaping.
The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
