What is happening?

APPLICATION FOR THE APPROVAL OF A CHARITY REORGANISATION SCHEME

Miss Elizabeth Kibble Trust (also known as ‘Kibble School’) (SC010048) has applied to the Office of the Scottish Charity Register (‘OSCR’) for approval of a reorganisation scheme. Details of the proposed reorganisation scheme may be obtained from OSCR’s website (

www.oscr.org.uk

) or by writing to OSCR at OSCR 2nd Floor, Quadrant House, 9 Riverside Drive, Dundee DD1 4NY. Anyone who wishes to make representations to OSCR may do so in accordance with regulation 5 of the Charities Reorganisation (Scotland) Regulations 2007. All representations must reach OSCR not later than 03 November 2025.
