APPLICATION FOR DOGGER BANK SOUTH OFFSHORE ARTIFICIAL NESTING STRUCTURE
Notice is hereby given that RWE Renewables UK Dogger Bank South East Limited and RWE Renewables UK Dogger Bank South West Limited have applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake the construction, operation and maintenance, monitoring and decommissioning of an offshore Artificial Nesting Structure which will provide compensatory habitat for the kittiwake population of the Flamborough and Filey Coast Special Protection Area, in response to potential impacts from the proposed Dogger Bank South Offshore Wind Farms. The structure will be located 45km offshore and will be a total of 62 metres above sea level.

Representations in respect of the application should ordinarily be made by:

In all cases, correspondence must:
- Be received within 28 days of the date of the first notice 02/10/2025;
- Quote the case reference; and
- include an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
