What is happening?

(KIRKCUDBRIGHT AUTUMN FESTIVAL) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER) ORDER 2025 

The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close St Mary Street, St Cuthbert Street, Castle Street, High Street onto Moat Brae via Castle Bank from 19:30 to 20:30 on 4/10/25. The closure is necessary to facilitate a procession to mark the end of the Autumn Festival. No alternative route required. Pedestrian access will be maintained.

The applications, associated plans and documents can be viewed online by following the ePlanning link on the Council’s website at www. dumgal.gov.uk/planning. Written comments may be made to Head of Economy and Development by email to Planning@dumgal.gov.uk or via the Council’s website, as noted above, by 09/10/2025 (Type A).
