What is happening?

Mr N Senathirajah has applied to Hull City Council for a new premises licence at 404 Hessle Road, Hull HU3 3SD to sell alcohol (off sales) 0700-2200 hrs daily.
Any person may make written representations to Licensing Section (address below) by 15/10/25. The application can be inspected at Kingston Upon Hull City Council, Licensing Section, 33 Witham, Hull HU9 1DB during normal opening hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for that offence is unlimited.
