What is happening?

Tender documents are being prepared for alterations to the above two-story dwelling
approximately 100m2, located within the City Walls.
Building Contractors who wish to be considered for inclusion in the tender action and have
experience in conservation/refurbishment of listed buildings, should provide, the following:
• Company name and address, contact number and email address
• Company status
• Company turnover for the past 3 years
• Details of two similar projects completed within the past 3 years together with
employers contact details.
• Evidence of current public liability and employers’ liability insurances,
• Evidence of health & safety compliance
• Provide confirmation of resource capacity to deliver the completed works in nine
months for the expected commencement on site on 8

th December 2025,
