The B1103 Mill Hill, Newmarket - Temporary Closure to Facilitate a New Water Connection
What is happening?
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984: SECTION 14 TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE B1103 MILL HILL, NEWMARKET
Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the B1103 Mill Hill, Newmarket from the junction with The Rows for 50 metres northbound to facilitate a new water connection.
Other co-ordinated works may also takeplace during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be the B1103, the B1102, the A142, the B1103 and vice versa. It is intended that the closure will operate from 7pm on 07/10/2025 - 6.30am on 08/10/2025 but, if necessary, the order ml remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister .
