Notice under Section 123(2A) of the Intended Disposal of Open Space Land
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123(2A) of the above-mentioned Act that Clanfield Parish Council, the owner of the parcel of land described below which is considered to be held and maintained as open space, intends to dispose of the area shown edged red on the plan by means of a lease to Clanfield Cricket Club Limited for a term of 25 years to the intent that the land shall be used as a Cricket Club Pavilion.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PARCEL OF LAND Land at South Lane Meadow, South Lane, Clanfield, Waterlooville, Hampshire, PO8 0RY shown edged red on the plan. The plan of the land may be inspected at Clanfield Parish Council, The Clanfield Centre, 2 Endal Way, Clanfield, Waterlooville, Hampshire, PO8 0YF by prior arrangement with the Parish Clerk.
