What is happening?

Proposed Lease of Small Store, Adjacent to Upper Pond, Radnor Park, Radnor Park Road, Folkestone

In accordance with section 121 of the Charities Act 2011, the District Council of Folkestone and Hythe acting as Trustees of the Folkestone Parks and Pleasure Grounds Charity hereby gives notice of its intention to lease the above store for a seven-year term. Any representations regarding the intended disposition should be made by no later than 25th October 2025 either:

• in writing to The District Council of Folkestone and Hythe acting as Trustees of the Folkestone Parks and Pleasure Grounds Charity, c/o Estates and Assets team, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY;

or

• by e-mail to property.enquiries@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk
