What is happening?

An application has been made to the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs for consent under the (Northern Ireland) Order 1999 to make a discharge of sewage effluent into an underground stratum arising from a Glamping Site at lands at 73 Ballyscullion Road, Bellaghy, Co. Londonderry, BT45 8NA.
