NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special General Meeting of the above-named Society will be held at the Curran Court
Hotel, Redlands Road, Larne, BT40 1FD on Monday 06 October 2025 at 15:30pm for the purpose of considering and, if
thought fit, passing the following resolutions, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively.
1. That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Society cannot, by reason of
its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and,
accordingly, that the Society resolves by special resolution that it be wound up voluntarily.
2. That Gareth McGonigle of Garma Advisory Limited, 5

th Floor, Metro Building, 6-9 Donegall
Square South, Belfast, BT1 5JA be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the Society for the
purposes of the winding-up.
