NOTICE OF INTENDED DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND
IN ST LEONARDS-ON-SEA, EAST SUSSEX


Notice is hereby given that Hastings Borough Council intends to make a disposal of open space land, which for identification purposes is described in the schedule to this Notice.
A plan that identifies the precise location of the area in question is available to view on the public notice board in the window of Muriel Matters House, Breeds Place, Hastings, TN34 3UY or can be viewed on our website:

www.hastings.gov.uk/publicnotices


By virtue of Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 the Council is required to give formal notice of its intention to dispose of public open space and consider any objections to the proposed disposal. Any objections to the proposed disposal must be made in writing to Legal Services, Hastings Borough Council, Muriel Matters House, Breeds Place, Hastings, TN34 3UY or by email to

legalservices@hastings.gov.uk,

and received by no later than 5pm on 10 October 2025, quoting the reference given in the schedule.
