Barns-Graham Charitable Trust (SC016854) has applied to the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (‘OSCR’) for approval of a reorganisation scheme. Details of the proposed reorganisation scheme may be obtained from OSCR’s website (
) or by writing to OSCR at 2nd Floor, Quadrant House, 9 Riverside Drive, Dundee DD1 4NY. Anyone who wishes to make representations to OSCR may do so in accordance with regulation 5 of the Charities Reorganisation (Scotland) Regulations 2007. All representations must reach OSCR not later than 10 October 2025.
