pursuant to section 5 of the Act
Notice is hereby given that the Authority has,
pursuant to the Co-operative and Community
Benefit Societies Act 2014, this day cancelled the
registration of The Crown Community Pub Hub
Limited (Register no. 7781) the registered office of
which is at 13 Whyke Lane, Chichester, PO19 7UR
at its request.
The society ceases to enjoy the privileges of a
registered society, but without prejudice to any
liability incurred by the society, which may be
enforced against it as if such cancellation had not
taken place. Date: 13 August 2025
