Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence

Co-operative Group Food Limited have applied to vary their premises licence at 27-35 Battersea Bridge Road, London SW11 3BA to extend the sale of alcohol Mon–Sun from 07:00–02:00 to 00:00 - 24:00. The store will close to the public at 23:00 Mon Sun and re-open at 07:00 on the following day. All sales between 23:00–07:00 Mon-Sun will be for on-line delivery only. In all other respects, the Licence shall remain the same. Anyone wishing to make a representation to this application may do so in writing to Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership, Merton Civic Centre, London, Morden, SM4 5DX or by email licensing@merton.gov.uk by 26 September 2025. The Application may be viewed during opening hours at Council Offices or www.merton.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
