What is happening?
Proposed Lease of Little Switzerland Caravan Park
In accordance with section 121(2) of the Charities Act 2011, the District Council of Folkestone and Hythe acting as the Trustees on behalf of the Folkestone Parks and Pleasure Grounds Charity hereby gives notice of its intention to lease Little Switzerland Caravan Site located at Wear Bay Road, Folkestone, Kent, CT19 6PS based on a seven-year lease term. Any representations regarding the intended disposition should be made either in writing to:
