NOTICE OF DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE LAND AT WREXHAM TERRACE, MARKET STREET, CREWE CW1 2ND
In accordance with section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) notice is given that Cheshire East Borough Council intends to dispose of 11 square meters of land that forms part of the public car park at Wrexham Terrace car park, by way of a 15-year lease to accommodate the provision of electric vehicle charging points.
Details of the proposal and plans identifying the precise location of the land is available for inspection at Crewe Library, Crewe Lifestyle Centre, Moss Square, Crewe CW1 2BB 9.00 am until 4.30pm on weekdays (excluding bank holidays) or online at http://www.cheshireeast.gov.uk/council_and_democracy/ council_information/public_notices/open-space-disposal/open_space_disposal.aspx
Objections or representations to the intended disposal must be made in writing, stating the grounds for objection and addressed to the Head of Legal Services, Cheshire East Borough Council, c/o Delamere House, Delamere Street, Crewe, CW1 2LL reference MJW/053220 before Monday 22 September 2025 or by email to proposeddisposalofpublic.openspace@cheshireeast.gov.uk.
