Public Exhibition to be held in respect of Kilmux Solar Farm
Erection of proposed ground mounted solar and battery storage facility at land at Kilmux Farm, Cupar Road, Leven, Fife, KY8 5NT
A proposal of application notice (PAN) has been submitted to the Council. The following public events are to be held:
Public Consultation Event, Monday 8th September 2025, Sandy Brae Community Education Centre, Kennoway, Leven, Fife, KY8 5JW, 3pm – 8pm (wheelchair accessible)
A follow-up interactive online webinar will take place at 6pm on Monday 6th October 2025 access via kilmuxsolarfarm.com (with the livestream available thereafter)
Interested parties are invited to participate in these events. Comments and queries can be posted for a further 4 weeks, to 10th November 2025.
Comments on the presentation and information on the website are also encouraged and can be made throughout the 12-week consultation period.
Comments should not be submitted to the Council at this time as they will not be taken into consideration. Statements made to the prospective applicant and their representatives are not representations to Fife Council. If a planning application is subsequently submitted, then there will be an opportunity to make a direct representation to the Council at that time.
