What is happening?
Disposal of Land Held As Public Open Space Land at Rear of 57 Cowdray Square Deal Kent CT14 9ES
Notice is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 of Dover District Council’s intention to dispose of land known as Rear of 57 Cowdray Square Deal Kent CT14 9ES held as Public Open Space though currently forming a part of the garden at the address.
The intention is to sell the land instead of granting a garden licence.
A plan indicating the area of the land referred to may be inspected at the Council Offices, White Cliffs Business Park, Whitfield, Dover CT16 3PJ during the Council’s normal office hours.
Any objections to the proposed sale should be made in writing and addressed to Property Services at the address given below or send to propertyservices@dover.gov.uk and must be Received by the 20th September (4 weeks after the first advert) 2025.
