Teignbridge District Council/ Disposal of Interest in Open Space Notice
What is happening?
LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123(1), (2A) DISPOSAL OF INTEREST IN OPEN SPACE
Notice is hereby given under section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Teignbridge District Council intends to dispose of an interest in an area of open space known as the land and grounds at Old Forde House, Newton Abbot by way of freehold disposal.
A plan showing the area of land affected by the intended disposal is available for inspection at the Council’s Offices at Forde House, Newton Abbot during normal office hours.
Any person wishing to object to the intended disposal should submit their written objections to Legal Service at the Council’s offices below no later than 2PM on 08.09.25. Please note that any objections or representations received will be made available for public inspection.
