NOTICE OF VARIATION ~
OF PARKING CHARGES No 1 2025
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
The Tunbridge Wells Borough Council (hereinafter referred to as “the Council”) in exercise of its powers under Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”), and in accordance with Regulation 25 of The Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure)(England and Wales) Regulations 1996 and of all other enabling powers hereby give notice that it is to vary the current tariffs for off-street parking in Part Two and Part Three of the Schedule to The Tunbridge Wells Borough Council (Parking Places) Order 2019.
Save to the extent specified in Part Two and Part Three of The Schedule, as amended, all other provisions remain the same. If a car park or charging period is not mentioned below, the charges will remain the same as at present.No less than 21 days from the publication of this Notice, charges will be varied to be as follows:
