What is happening?

Land adjacent to East Cliff, Preston, Lancashire, PR1 3JE – Disposal of Public Open Space.
Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

Notice is given in accordance with Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) that Lancashire County Council, PO Box 100, County Hall, Preston, PR1 0LD intends to dispose of an area of public open space adjacent to East Cliff, Preston, Lancashire, PR1 3JE.
The area of open public space to be disposed of measures approximately 0.84 acres (0.340 hectares).
Requests for information of the proposed disposal of the public open space process can be made by calling 01772536653 or by emailing

property.sales@lancashire.gov.uk

Any objections or representations regarding the proposed disposal of the public open space at East Cliff, Preston, Lancashire, PR1 3JE should be made in writing to The Head of Estates at Lancashire County Council, PO BOX 100, County Hall, Preston PR1 0LD or emailed to

estates.admin@lancashire.gov.uk

and to be received no later than 5pm on the 14th September 2025. The grounds for any objection should be stated.
