Public Open Space at Trevaunance Cove, Trevaunance Cove, St Agnes, TR5 ORZ
1 Land is held as open spaces at Play Area adjacent to St Agnes School, Trelawney Road, St Agnes and Public Open Space at Trevaunance Cove, St Agnes by Cornwall Council.
2 Notice is hereby given for the second time pursuant to Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Cornwall Council intends to devolve these public open spaces.
3 A copy of a plan showing the land is available on request from the address below.
4 Any objection or representation in respect of the transfer of the land must be made to Estates Delivery, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY by 21/08/2025.
