What is happening?
APPLICATION FOR A MARINE
CONSTRUCTION LICENCE UNDER PART 4
OF THE MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS
ACT 2009.
A Marine Licence application has been
made by NI Water to extend the existing
outfall and installation of a new Tideflex
valve in the location of Rodgers Bay,
Carrickfergus. Marine and Fisheries
Division DAERA, is the Marine Licensing
authority for Northern Ireland, and
controls the deposit of materials from the
high water mean spring tide mark out to
12 nautical miles.
